Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) is the leading bottling firm owned by the Coca-Cola Company. It obtained the bottling rights in 1969 under the legislation of Greece to enhance the marketing and promotion initiatives of the parent company. The company mainly obtains the concentrates, syrups, and bases from the Coca-Cola Company to package and distribute the end products to the consumers across the world.

In 2012, the company relocated its headquarters from Athens, Greece to Zug, Switzerland to have better access to the financial resources for the expansion of its operations. Also, the firm is a component of the FTSE 100 Index. In 2014, the company was proclaimed the exceptional leader in beverages by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

Currently, the firm has operations in more than 28 countries and expects more emerging markets, especially from the Sub-Saharan continent. The company is primarily listed on London Stock Exchange and has a second listing on Athens Stock Exchange.
