Derwent London

Derwent London is a property investment and development company. John Burns founded the company in 1984 with the aim of developing properties in London following the shutdown of the Derwent Valley Light Railway.

Its flagship properties include Brunel Building W2, White Collar Factory, and Angel Building EC1.

In addition to acquiring and developing properties, the company also continues to support local communities in 2012 as part of the Community Fund initiative; it supported 89 community projects in the Tech belt.
