Dixons Retail

Michael Mindel and Charles Kalms met in 1937 and registered Dixons Studios Limited. In 1962, it changed its name to Dixons Photographic Limited. It would later become DSG International plc before finally rebranding to Dixons Retail PLC in 2010.

In 2014, the company merged with Carphone Warehouse. This is a telecommunications retailer company based in London. Its operations are primarily in the UK, Greece, and Ireland and throughout the Nordics. Also, it has a massive distribution network in Hong Kong.

Dixons Carphone plc provides low carbon products. Its environmental policy ensures that issues such as carbon emissions, operational waste, and energy consumption are taken care of.

Throughout the years, the company has been using relevant campaigns, which help in streamlining waste management. This is done through responsible recycling.

The corporation is listed on the LSE market but will stop at nothing in helping customers discover and choose the right technology.
