Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation is an integrated mining, energy, logistics, and mining company with headquarters in London in the U.K. The company had its stock listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1994 but delisted in 2006. However, it carried out a secondary listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

The privately held company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Eurasian Resources group with headquarters in Luxemburg. It operates in Kazakhstan, China, Russia, and Brazil. The company operates under six divisions of Ferroalloys, Iron Ore Alumina as well as Energy Non-Ferrous Aluminum and Logistics.

Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation is one of the world’s largest producer of Ferrochrome. The company also operates one of the world’s largest manganese ore mining and processing plants in Kazakhstan. It also doubles up as the largest supplier of ferromanganese concentrates and manganese in Russia and Central Asia. Eurasian Natural is also the largest electricity producer in Kazakhstan.
