Hansteen Holdings

In 2005 Morgan Jones and Ian Watson decided to explore the industrial property investment market. This resulted in the foundation of Hansteen Holdings plc. Their interest was primarily in Continental Europe.

The duo took advantage of the fact that yields in Continental Europe were higher than in the UK. The competition was low, and the occupancy and rents were also considerably low. Nonetheless, they eventually settled in London, UK.

Hansteen Holdings plc invests in properties with opportunities for improvement in their value. Its markets are mainly in France, Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium. The company has built a high-yielding property portfolio, which is taken care of from its seven offices in the UK.

Within its strategy, it is ever looking out for opportunistic and exhaustive acquisitions, which will increase value to its shareholders. The European industrial REIT is listed on the LSE market but will not relent in seeking superior markets in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
