International Public Partnerships

The INPP is an investment company established in 2006 with offices in the United Kingdom, Australia, North America, and Europe. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has its headquarters in St. Peter Port, Guernsey.

The company engages in investments to provide shareholders with maintainable, foreseeable, and attractive investments through growing dividends. The following are the areas in which the company prioritizes its investments; courthouses, offshore electricity transmission, rail operations, health facilities, schools, police stations, and leasing entities. All these entities operate or own infrastructure and assets. It, therefore, injects investments in major loans, equity and subordinate debt with an objective on return on those investments. Its main target is an internal rate of return (IRR) on investment that is higher than or equal to 8% annually based on the initial public offer on ordinary shares of a company.

INPP employs the services of an investment advisor, Amber Fund Management Limited, a member of the Amber Infrastructure Group Holdings Limited.
