Quintain Estates and Development

Christopher Walls and Adrian Wyatt came together to establish Quintain in 1992. At the time of the founding, the company focused exclusively on short-term leasehold assets. Further expansion of business led to the acquisition of several rival companies, including Grafton Advisors and West End commercial assets. In 1996, Quintain floated its shares on the London Stock Exchange. Primarily, Quintain is a real estate service provider where it offers services like property development and asset management.

Quintain embarked on ambitious regeneration programs, including Wembley Park and Greenwich Peninsula. The Wembley Park program sits on more than 85 acres. Work on the project started in 2002. Wembley Park is the largest urban regeneration program all over Europe. The site has close to 10,000 homes built together with a theatre, Inns, public spaces, and children’s playparks. On the other hand, the Greenwich Peninsula project sits on 18.5 acres and includes over 10,000 homes. The company has its headquarters in London, UK.
