Redrow Plc business celebrates a heritage spanning over 40 years since its founding by Steve Morgan in 1974. He worked as a site agent for Wellington Civil Engineering at the time, and when its parent company closed, he saw an opportunity to exploit.

By 1980s, the company had grown significantly. It’s settled in Flintshire, Wales, from where it established a network of 15 operational divisions in the UK.
