This is a brewery company established in February 1895 as South African Breweries, and in May 2002, it acquired Miller Brewing, thus forming SABMiller. In October 2016, it merged with Aheuser-Busch InBev, resulting in the formation of the largest brewing company beer worldwide. Its headquarters are in London, and initially, it traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in the year 1897; however, it was listed and started trading on the London Stock Exchange in 1999.

The firm presently engages in producing and distributing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages worldwide, including producing and bottling products for Coca-Cola Company across 14 markets, although it was initially formed to serve the prospectors and miners around Johannesburg. It operates in India, China, and Eastern Europe and has agreements to distribute its products in 6 continents. In Africa alone, it conducts operations in 31 countries. SABMiller is a global giant brewer and distributor of more than 150 brands leading in the market.
