The company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the development of residential as well as mixed-use properties in the United Kingdom. The company focuses on five key areas of investors, homes, places as well as operations and people.

Headquartered in Cobham, the U.K, the company teams up with partners to tackle the lack of quality homes across the Kingdom. Over the last five years, the company has developed over 19,600 homes across London, South of England, and Birmingham. 

The company has built some notable iconic apartment towers across London, including Blackfriars skyscraper. It also maintains smaller operations through its Berkeley community villages in addition to constructing a commercial property.

One of Berkeley biggest project to date is 750 new homes inclusive of a primary school, extra care facility roads, and landscaping in Warfield.
