Whitbread plc is a leading multinational company specializing in leisure and hospitality services in the UK. The firm runs restaurants and accommodation facilities with headquarters located at Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, UK. The company was established as early as 1742 by Samuel Whitbread who was renowned in brewing. Currently, the company’s shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange and a component of the FTSE 100 Index.
The firm owns several brands including Premier Inn, Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Cookhouse and Pub and Table Table.
