It trades its shares on the London Stock Exchange with a component FTSE 100- Index. Also, it trades on NASDAQ.

The company was initially established with the intention of manufacturing wire and plastic products under the brand name, Wire and Plastic Products plc. It later switched to advertising and public relations industry.
