Charter Communications Inc. Class A was instituted by Barry Babcock, Jerald Kent, and Howard Wood. This is was in 1993 when the three former executives of Cencom Cable Television came together to fulfill a need in the telecommunications industry.

Over the 26years of doing business globally, the company has not only won a massive market presence, but it has also settled its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, U.S.

The American telecommunications giant offers services to consumers and businesses through its spectrum brand name. Its services include internet, phone, and TV, which are primarily beneficial to small businesses.

Through its unrelenting efforts to offer a reliable fiber-rich, nationwide network, the Charter has completed several acquisitions with other giants in the telecommunication industry.

Its current coverage is of around 25 million people in 41 states. It is also pursuing the completion of the expansion of 145,000 new premises, which means new opportunities. Charter is equally listed on the NASDAQ market.
