Rectification of the register

Updated: Aug 20, 2021

Where a person convinces a court that his name should be on the register of members of a company but is not, the court may order the register to be rectified at the cost of the person responsible for the error. Similarly, when the court thinks a person’s name should be removed from the register it may order that to be done.
