About the Madrid Stock Exchange

The largest securities market out of Spain’s four stock exchanges is the Madrid Stock Exchange. It’s known in Spain as Bolsa de Madrid, with the others are located in Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. The Madrid Stock Exchange trades shares and fixed income securities as well as convertible bonds. It also deals in government and private sector debt. The Bolsas y Mercados Espanoles (BME) owns the Madrid Stock Exchange.
