About the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange

The Nasdaq Stockholm (formerly the Stockholm Stock Exchange, or Stockholmsbörsen in Swedish) is the main securities exchange of the Nordic countries. Situated in the Frihamnen area of Stockholm, it is owned by Nasdaq, Inc., an American multinational financial services corporation which owns multiple European stock exchanges. Nasdaq Stockholm was founded in 1863 and today has a market cap of more than $1.52 trillion.
