MVB Financial Corp. on yhdysvaltalainen rahoitusalan holdingyhtiö, jonka tärkein operatiivinen tytäryhtiö MVB Bank tarjoaa pankkipalveluja yksityishenkilöille, yrityksille ja teknologiavetoisille rahoitusyhtiöille. Länsi-Virginiassa toimiva konserni yhdistää yhteisö- ja yrityspankkitoiminnan mallin erikoistuneeseen fintech-pankkiliiketoimintaan, mikä altistaa sen sekä perinteiselle alueelliselle pankkitoiminnalle että digitaalisen rahoituksen yritysten infrastruktuuritarpeille.
Yhtiön keskeisiin pankkitoimintoihin kuuluvat talletusten vastaanottaminen, yritys- ja kulutusluottojen myöntäminen sekä treasury-, maksu- ja tilipalvelujen tarjoaminen. Liikevaihto syntyy pääasiassa lainoista ja sijoitusarvopapereista saadusta korkokatteesta sekä palkkioista ja palvelumaksuista, jotka liittyvät talletustileihin ja muihin pankkituotteisiin. Sen CoRe Banking -segmentti, johon fintech-divisioona kuuluu, on kokonaisliikevaihdon suurin tuottaja.
MVB raportoi myös asuntolainapankkitoiminnasta ja rahoitusholdingyhtiön toiminnoista. Asuntolainaliiketoiminta osallistuu asuinrakennusten luotonantoon, kun taas holdingyhtiösegmentti kattaa konsernitason toiminnot ja tietyt pankkitoiminnan ulkopuoliset aktiviteetit. Tämä rakenne antaa MVB:lle mahdollisuuden palvella paikallisia markkinoita ja samalla rakentaa suhteita fintech-alustoihin, jotka tarvitsevat säänneltyjä pankkikumppaneita.
