TROOPS, Inc. on Hongkongissa toimiva monialayhtiö, jonka liiketoiminta ulottuu rahoituspalveluihin, kiinteistösijoittamiseen, fintech-infrastruktuuriin ja neuvontapalveluihin. Luotonannon ja fintechin lisäksi TROOPS tarjoaa konsultointi- ja välityspalveluja. Näihin kuuluvat vakuutuksiin liittyvät asiakasohjaukset välittäjille sekä neuvonta- ja välityspalvelut, jotka liittyvät maahanmuuttoon, koulutukseen, viisumien uusimiseen ja muihin asiakkaiden vastaaviin tarpeisiin. Tuloksena on hajautettu, palvelukeskeinen liiketoimintamalli, jossa on useita mahdollisia tulovirtoja.
