Forex: NZD/USD At Session High Of 0.8021

In active trading today, the pair has visited a high of 0.8021 and lows around 0.7806. Currently the pair is quoting around 0.7980 and the signal is strongly bearish.

At 23:45 BST yesterday, Electronic Card Retail Sales data for New Zealand showed a rise of 5.4 percent in card use for May y/y and an increase of 0.5 percent seasonally adjusted on a monthly basis.
The REINZ House Price Index for May m/m, also released late last night BST, showed a 0.7 percent rise in the country’s all-homes selling price, down slightly from April’s 0.8 percent increase.
US Mortgage Applications data for the week ended June 7, released at 12.00 BST today, logged a 0.5 percent increase on the previous week (itself an 11.5 percent decrease).
