ChangeNOW allows you to buy cryptocurrencies using VISA and Mastercard in fiat currency. It has integrated with 3rd party service provider Simplex so you can buy cryptocurrencies with a variety of different fiat currencies, including US dollars, pounds, and euros. With regards to withdrawing your funds, for most coins you can only exchange them for another cryptocurrency.
