Most wallets only offer a few functions, but Nebeus is almost completely vertically integrated. You can hold coins, buy and sell cryptos, and take out crypto loans all in one place.

Two-Factor Transaction Confirmation

Aiming to combine both ease of use and protection, all transactions must be validated with a single-use PIN.

Whenever you make a transaction, you will have to use a single-use PIN generated by your mobile device. This helps ensure that nobody but you can move coins out of your wallet and helps protect your account.

Extra information

Nebeus’ website contains a robust knowledge base with helpful guides on everything from how to submit your documentation for verification to how to apply for a crypto loan and what a margin call is.

It also has feature specific walkthroughs which are helpful for anyone new to its site, meaning it is a helpful platform for anyone new to cryptocurrency.

Customer support

From our own browsing of the Nebeus site we weren’t able to find any direct way to contact the company, either via email or phone. The only option is to submit a support ticket via its support section and response times are very slow.

Our verdict

Overall Nebeus is a complete platform offering a crypto wallet, exchange, and crypto loans. It offers a simple, but easy to use site with basic security features such as password protection and 2-Factor authentication.

The educational resources available in its support section are rich and answer all your basic questions while also providing some helpful how-to guides on navigating its service. When it comes to Nebeus’ wallet and exchange, it offers offline, cold storage of client coins which many users prefer for its added safety measures, but the only coins it currently supports are Bitcoin, Ethereum, and its own Nebeus Token, leaving much to be desired on this end.

The transfer/withdrawal process is pretty seamless once you have a verified account and maximum withdrawal amounts are high at £50,000 daily, even when compared to other similar services. If Nebeus were to begin supporting more coins and thus offering more trading options, it has the potential to really stand out, given its other stellar features.
