What are the spreads?

Instead of commission spreads on each trade, Poloniex charges fixed maker/taker fees on each transaction. These depend on your 30 day trading volume, but start at 0.125% on each side for monthly volumes under $50,000.

Poloniex provides a global cryptocurrency exchange with access to over 150 coins and tokens, futures trading, and crypto lending. The trading interface is simple yet easy to use and while there aren’t many advanced trading features, it does offer users the option of building custom applications through its API.

The support options are limited to submitting a support ticket online or the platform’s built-in Trollbox chat, which is moderated by members of Poloniex’s support team. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a simple exchange to buy and sell a wide variety of crypto coins without many frills, Poloniex is for you.
