In May 2010, it renamed itself to Capital Shopping Centres Group after demerging the Capital and Counties Properties, a company it had merged with earlier in 1992. In February 2013, CSC rebranded once more to Intu Properties Plc, incorporating a bird symbol on its logo to mean “a symbol of joy.” The company’s headquarters are in London, United Kingdom, with its operations in the United Kingdom and Spain, where it owns eighteen shopping centers and three, respectively. Its shares are duo-listed on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.
