CYBER (CYBER)
Cyber is a blockchain project built around the idea that social applications need dedicated infrastructure rather than generic smart-contract rails. It operates as a layer-2 network designed for social products, giving developers tools to build apps where users can create profiles, publish content, form connections, monetise activity, and retain more control over the value they generate online.
The network is closely associated with the CyberConnect protocol, an earlier decentralised social graph project that focused on portable identity and relationship data across web3 applications. Cyber extends that concept with an application-focused L2 stack, combining low transaction costs, high throughput, and developer services aimed at social use cases. Its infrastructure includes CyberDB for social data needs and native account abstraction, which helps applications offer smoother onboarding and wallet interactions.
A key part of Cyber’s positioning is user experience. Social apps compete with mature web2 platforms, so friction such as seed phrases, gas management, and complex wallet flows can limit adoption. Cyber addresses this by supporting seedless wallets and web2-style interactions while preserving web3 features such as asset ownership, programmable incentives, and composability between applications.
The CYBER token is the ecosystem’s crypto asset and is linked to participation in the network’s broader governance and utility model. For developers, Cyber aims to shorten the path from concept to launch by bundling infrastructure, identity, data, and transaction capabilities. For users, the project’s appeal is the promise of social platforms where identity, content, and economic relationships are less dependent on a single centralised company.
