The token is designed to be backed one-for-one by the corresponding underlying asset and to give holders a legal claim linked to the stock’s value, subject to the product’s terms and regional eligibility rules. MSTRX is aimed at non-US users who want exposure to MSTR without relying solely on a conventional brokerage account. MicroStrategy is a distinctive underlying asset because the company combines an enterprise analytics software business with one of the best-known corporate bitcoin treasury strategies, making its stock closely watched by both equity and digital-asset markets.

As an xStock, MSTRX can trade in crypto-native environments and may be integrated into centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges, and DeFi protocols in the same way as other supported tokens.
