SAFO seeks to deliver stable short-term returns above the Effective Federal Funds Rate benchmark through fully collateralized total return swaps with major banking counterparties, initially including BNP Paribas. Its structure is built around overnight liquidity, making it distinct from many tokenized real-world asset products that have longer settlement cycles or less frequent redemption windows.

The fund combines traditional oversight with blockchain-based recordkeeping. CACEIS, part of the Crédit Agricole group, serves as depositary bank, PwC acts as auditor, and the vehicle is supervised by France’s Autorité des marchés financiers. Chainlink supplies on-chain net asset value oracle feeds, allowing market participants and applications to reference fund valuation data more transparently.

SAFO’s shareholder register is deployed across several networks, including Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Starknet, Base, Etherlink, and Stellar. This multi-chain presence positions the fund within the growing tokenized real-world asset market, where regulated financial instruments are represented digitally to support faster settlement, composability, and broader integration with blockchain infrastructure.
