BRC (BRCC)
NYSE Market Closed
BRC Inc. is a US coffee and lifestyle company best known for Black Rifle Coffee Company, a brand built around premium coffee, military culture, and a strong connection with veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and supporters of that community. The company markets itself through coffee products, branded merchandise, media content, and retail experiences that reinforce its identity and customer loyalty.
Its core product line includes roasted coffee, ready-to-drink coffee beverages, single-serve formats, and related items sold to consumers across multiple channels. BRC also sells apparel, drinkware, and other merchandise, which helps position the brand as more than a traditional packaged coffee supplier. Content and storytelling are important parts of the company’s strategy, with the brand using digital media and community engagement to connect with customers.
BRC operates an omnichannel model. Its direct-to-consumer business sells products online and ships them to customers, including through subscriptions and e-commerce orders. The wholesale channel places products in third-party retail locations such as convenience stores, grocery stores, drugstores, and mass-market retailers. The company also operates and franchises Black Rifle Coffee shops, referred to as Outposts, where customers can buy beverages, food, merchandise, and packaged coffee in a branded physical setting.
The company competes in the large and crowded coffee market, where product quality, distribution, pricing, brand strength, and customer affinity all matter. Its differentiation comes from a clearly defined cultural identity and a veteran-controlled brand platform that appeals to a specific audience while still selling mainstream coffee formats. As a public company, BRC offers exposure to branded consumer products, retail coffee, e-commerce, and lifestyle merchandising.
