Rogers Corporation is a specialty materials company that develops and manufactures engineered products used in demanding electronic, automotive, industrial, and communications applications. Rather than selling finished consumer goods, the company supplies original equipment manufacturers and component makers with materials that help manage electrical performance, heat, vibration, cushioning, sealing, and impact protection.
The Advanced Electronics Solutions business is a key part of Rogers’ portfolio. It produces high-performance circuit materials used where signal integrity, reliability, and thermal management are important. These materials serve markets such as wireless infrastructure, radar systems, advanced driver-assistance systems, electric and hybrid vehicles, aerospace and defence electronics, and certain consumer and industrial electronics. As devices and systems operate at higher frequencies and power levels, Rogers’ materials are designed to support consistent performance in complex environments.
The company’s elastomeric materials operations provide foams and related products for cushioning, sealing, gasketing, and protection. These materials are used across automotive, transportation, construction, and general industrial markets, where durability, compression behaviour, and resistance to harsh conditions can be critical. Rogers also produces specialised elastomer components, including floats and sensing-related products used in fuel tanks, storage tanks, motors, and other industrial systems.
Rogers competes in markets where material science, customer qualification, and long product design cycles matter. Its products are often embedded in larger platforms, making technical expertise and reliability important differentiators. For investors, Rogers offers exposure to specialised manufacturing trends linked to electrification, connectivity, mobility, industrial automation, and advanced electronics, while remaining sensitive to demand cycles in its end markets.
