ONDO

Buy ONDO. FINRA authorisation for Oasis Pro Markets is the missing US plumbing for regulated tokenized securities distribution (OTC retail, primary issuance marketplace, omnibus access). That should expand addressable demand and keep institutional flows improving. Chart supports it: ONDO is above the 50-day (~$0.35) and 200-day (~$0.38) EMAs and holding the $0.40 breakout zone; a clean push through $0.42 targets ~$0.46.

Key Risk: US regulators or FINRA impose limits that block tokenized securities trading/settlement at scale in the US, turning this into “infrastructure with no products.”

Tokenized-equity custody beneficiaries

Buy Broadridge (BR). Ondo’s tokenized equities keep voting and shareholder rights via Broadridge; expanding US regulated trading increases the volume of corporate actions, proxy/voting processing, and shareholder record services tied to tokenized structures. This is a direct second-order beneficiary of Ondo’s regulatory expansion and marketplace rollout.

Key Risk: Tokenized equities fail to gain real US traction (low volumes or product rollbacks), so Broadridge’s tokenization-related revenue stays immaterial.

  • ONDO has climbed more than 10% over the past week.
  • Ondo Finance secured FINRA approvals for US expansion.
  • ONDO remains in an uptrend, with $0.42 as the next resistance level.

ONDO price has rallied more than 10% over the past week, with Ondo Finance's latest FINRA approvals adding fresh momentum to the recent push.

According to CoinGecko data, ONDO traded around $0.40 at the time of writing, up about 10.5% over the past seven days after rising from nearly $0.33 earlier in the week.

The token briefly approached the $0.42 level before easing into consolidation as investors reacted to Ondo Finance's latest regulatory milestone.

The rally gained pace after Ondo Finance announced on July 23 that Oasis Pro Markets, its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, had received FINRA authorisations allowing it to expand regulated tokenized securities services in the United States.

The announcement adds another institutional development for the protocol after a series of tokenization partnerships announced earlier this month.

Under the approvals, Oasis Pro Markets can facilitate over-the-counter retail transactions, underwritten offerings, private placements and other regulated securities activities.

The permissions also allow the platform to operate a marketplace where issuers can conduct primary offerings while eligible retail and institutional investors trade tokenized securities in secondary markets.

According to Ondo Finance, the framework supports settlement using both fiat currencies and selected stablecoins, including direct blockchain wallet transfers.

The approvals extend across National Market System equities, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, index funds and IPO securities.

Institutional investors may also gain easier access through omnibus account structures.

Ondo said the arrangement allows broker-dealers and registered investment advisers to connect existing financial infrastructure instead of requiring clients to create separate platform accounts.

US regulatory approvals add to Ondo's tokenization strategy

The latest approvals build on Ondo's acquisition of Oasis Pro, completed in October 2025, which brought an SEC-registered broker-dealer, alternative trading system and transfer agent under the company's umbrella.

Oasis Pro Markets has held FINRA membership since 2020 and had previously obtained authorisation to settle digital securities using fiat currency, USDC and DAI.

Through Oasis Pro TA, the company can manage shareholder records onchain while administering transfers and shareholder rights.

Earlier this month, Ondo expanded its tokenized equities offering by introducing tokenized versions of BlackRock's iShares Core S&P 500 ETF and Micron shares alongside Broadridge.

Under that structure, the underlying securities remain inside the traditional US custody system while one-to-one backed tokens are issued on Ethereum and held by regulated custodians.

According to Ondo, the model follows the third-party custodial structure discussed by the SEC in January 2026.

Each token remains fully backed by the corresponding underlying security while preserving shareholder rights, including voting administered through Broadridge.

Before receiving the latest approvals, Ondo Stocks primarily served eligible investors outside the United States.

The platform's existing terms continue to state that its tokenized stocks cannot be offered to US persons unless registered or exempt, meaning the new authorisations establish the regulated infrastructure needed for future US services rather than immediately changing every product restriction.

ONDO price analysis: Can the rally continue?

The latest regulatory announcement arrives as ONDO has already been benefiting from a string of institutional developments.

Besides the FINRA approvals, investors have responded positively to Ondo's rollout of tokenized equities as collateral on Ondo Perps, its integration with the DTCC Tokenization Service and expanded collaboration with Japan's SBI Group on tokenized assets.

From a technical perspective, the daily chart continues to favor buyers.

ONDO remains above both its 50-day exponential moving average near $0.35 and its 200-day EMA around $0.38 after completing a bullish breakout from a multi-week descending channel.

Holding above both trend indicators keeps the medium-term structure positive even after the recent pullback.

The Chaikin Money Flow indicator sits close to neutral at around -0.01 after earlier positive readings, suggesting buying pressure has cooled rather than reversed.

Volume also increased sharply during the breakout before easing as price consolidated near recent highs.

However, on the 4-hour timeframe, things look a little more balanced.

The relative strength index has eased to around 62 after previously approaching overbought territory, indicating momentum remains constructive while leaving room for another advance if buying returns.

Meanwhile, the MACD has produced a short-term bearish crossover and its histogram has slipped below zero, showing that upward momentum has weakened.

Despite this, ONDO price continues to hold above the breakout zone near $0.40 instead of giving back most of its gains, which is a sign that sellers have yet to regain control.

The immediate resistance remains between $0.41 and $0.42, where profit-taking emerged several times during the past week.

A decisive move above that range could expose the May swing high around $0.46 as the next upside target, while continued institutional adoption of Ondo's tokenized securities platform could provide another catalyst for buyers.

On the downside, maintaining support around $0.40 would keep the recent breakout intact.

If that level fails, traders may look toward the $0.38 area, which coincides with the 200-day EMA and the previous breakout region, as the next important support zone.
