Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (FET)

The project is distinctive because it links different parts of the decentralised AI stack. Fetch.ai contributes technology for autonomous software agents and machine-to-machine coordination. SingularityNET is known for its marketplace and tools for AI services. Ocean Protocol focuses on data exchange, data monetisation, and privacy-preserving access to datasets. CUDOS adds decentralised compute infrastructure, an important resource for AI workloads. Together, these components are intended to support applications that need data, models, compute, and economic coordination without depending entirely on closed, centralised platforms.

FET functions as the alliance’s economic and utility token. Following community approvals, the token merger framework consolidated the former AGIX, FET, and OCEAN ecosystems around a unified token model. Within the broader ecosystem, FET can be used for network incentives, governance-related participation, service access, and coordination between applications, depending on the specific protocol or product.

The alliance positions itself as an open alternative to large corporate AI systems. Its central thesis is that advanced machine intelligence should be developed through transparent, decentralised networks where builders, researchers, data providers, and users can participate directly. The project’s success depends on adoption of its tooling, the quality of its AI services, and its ability to turn a broad coalition into practical infrastructure.
