SailOut Royalty (SAIL.R)

LiquidRoyalty focuses on e-commerce cash flow. Its model involves intercepting revenue generated by partner businesses, routing those funds into the blockchain environment, and distributing USDe to eligible token holders on a daily basis. SAIL.R represents the first business cash-flow stream tokenised through this framework, giving crypto users exposure to a royalty-style asset rather than a conventional governance or utility token.

The project positions itself within the growing real-world asset market, where blockchain infrastructure is used to package, track, and settle claims linked to real economic activity. Unlike tokenised Treasuries or credit products, LiquidRoyalty’s approach centres on operating revenue from online businesses, with royalty payments intended to reflect the performance of the underlying commercial activity.

According to project materials, LiquidRoyalty has assembled a pipeline of roughly $200 million in potential cash flow through traditional finance partnerships, while the SAIL.R business is associated with more than $15 million in annual revenue. The project also states that SAIL.R has distributed more than $200,000 in on-chain royalties since launch. As with any RWA token, investors need to consider smart contract risk, counterparty risk, payment continuity, and the transparency of the legal structure linking token holders to off-chain cash flows.
