Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. is a public holding company built around one of Major League Baseball’s best-known franchises. Through its subsidiaries, it owns and operates the Atlanta Braves baseball club and manages the team’s home venue, Truist Park, in Cobb County, Georgia. Its Series C common stock gives investors market exposure to the economics of a professional sports franchise, including game-day activity, media rights, sponsorship, licensing, and related real estate.
