Immunome (IMNM)

Its pipeline is led by varegacestat, an investigational oral gamma secretase inhibitor being studied for desmoid tumours, a rare soft-tissue cancer that can be locally aggressive and difficult to manage. The programme has reported positive topline results from the Phase 3 RINGSIDE trial in patients with progressing desmoid tumours, making it a central asset in Immunome’s development strategy.

Immunome is also advancing IM-1021, a ROR1-targeted antibody-drug conjugate in Phase 1 testing. ROR1 is a cancer-associated target found on several tumour types, and ADCs seek to combine antibody targeting with a potent cell-killing payload. Another programme, IM-3050, is a fibroblast activation protein-targeted radioligand therapy that has received IND clearance and is planned for Phase 1 evaluation.

Beyond those clinical and IND-stage assets, Immunome is building a broader preclinical portfolio for solid tumours, including ADC candidates such as IM-1617, IM-1340 and IM-1335. For investors, the company represents a development-stage oncology platform where value depends heavily on clinical data, regulatory progress, manufacturing execution and the ability to differentiate its targeted therapies in competitive cancer markets.
