It sources standard CMOS wafers from semiconductor foundries and performs specialized back-end processing that adds its magnetic-bit technology, including at a leased 200mm fabrication facility in Chandler, Arizona. It also works with 300mm wafer manufacturing flows for spin-transfer torque MRAM, or STT-MRAM, integrating magnetic memory elements into the back end of line.

The company’s customer base includes original equipment manufacturers and system providers that need persistent memory in embedded and mission-critical designs.
