Quartzsea Acquisition Corporation je společnost pro akvizici se zvláštním účelem neboli SPAC, založená za účelem identifikace provozující firmy a spojení s ní. Jako takzvaná blank check společnost na počátku sama nevykonává žádnou komerční činnost.
