BurnedFi (BURN)

When a participant burns BURN, the protocol calculates the burn’s value in BNB terms and mints a corresponding amount of BUILD as evidence of the contribution. At the same time, additional BUILD is created for existing BUILD holders, creating a reflection-style mechanism in which earlier or larger holders can receive a share of later activity. This gives the project a circular structure: BURN is removed from circulation, while BUILD becomes the accounting token for proof, reflections, and potential reward claims.

BurnedFi also includes a reward-claiming framework. In the model described by the project, a user’s claimable BNB is based on the difference between total BUILD holdings and the amount of BUILD counted as proof. Once rewards are claimed, the user’s proof balance is reset, which encourages participants to consider whether to take rewards or leave value in the system.

The ecosystem further uses referral incentives. Users can invite others to burn BURN and receive a percentage of the referred burn amount, while a secondary inviter may also receive a smaller allocation. The remaining BURN is sent to a burn address, reinforcing the project’s deflationary theme and community-driven token economy.
