Q32 Bio (QTTB)

Its lead product candidate is bempikibart, also known as ADX-914, a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets the interleukin-7 receptor alpha chain. By blocking this receptor component, the therapy is designed to inhibit signaling driven by interleukin-7 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin, two pathways involved in adaptive immune activation and inflammatory responses. Q32 Bio is evaluating bempikibart in diseases where these mechanisms may play an important role, including alopecia areata and atopic dermatitis.

Alopecia areata is an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system attacks hair follicles, leading to patchy or sometimes extensive hair loss. Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with itching, barrier dysfunction, and immune pathway imbalance. Q32 Bio has completed Phase 2a studies for bempikibart in both settings, including SIGNAL AA Part A in alopecia areata and SIGNAL AD in atopic dermatitis.
