AnaptysBio’s most advanced programmes include rosnilimab, a PD-1 agonist being studied for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Unlike checkpoint inhibitors used in cancer to increase immune activity, a PD-1 agonist is designed to dampen certain immune responses. Rosnilimab is in clinical development for moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis and ulcerative colitis, two diseases with large treatment markets but significant unmet needs for patients who do not respond adequately to existing therapies.

The company is also developing ANB032, a BTLA agonist being evaluated in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
