BioAtla (BCAB)

BioAtla’s pipeline includes antibody-drug conjugates and bispecific antibody programs. Its lead programs include mecbotamab vedotin, also known as BA3011, and ozuriftamab vedotin, also known as BA3021, both of which are designed to target tumor-associated antigens and deliver a cytotoxic payload. The company is also developing evalstotug, or BA3071, an immune-oncology candidate, along with BA3182, a CAB bispecific program targeting EpCAM and CD3, and additional bispecific antibody candidates.

As a clinical-stage company, BioAtla does not operate like a commercial pharmaceutical business with a diversified marketed product portfolio. Its activities are concentrated on discovery, preclinical work, clinical trials, regulatory strategy, manufacturing preparation, and potential commercialization of its CAB-based therapies. BioAtla’s distinctive feature is its attempt to engineer selectivity into antibody therapies through tumor-condition-dependent activation.
