EPR Properties is a real estate investment trust focused on specialized properties tied to out-of-home entertainment, recreation, and other experience-driven uses. Instead of concentrating on traditional office, apartment, or industrial assets, the company invests in venues where consumers spend on leisure, education, and activities.
