The Andretti name links the vehicle to a brand widely associated with motorsport and performance culture, but the company’s mandate is that of a blank check company rather than an operating racing, automotive, or technology business. Until a transaction is announced and completed, the main asset of a SPAC is typically the cash held in trust from its offering, while management evaluates potential acquisition candidates. Investors therefore assess POLE largely on the quality of its sponsor group, the terms of its structure, the size and timing of its trust, and the likelihood that it can complete an attractive deal within the required timeframe.

Class A ordinary shares represent the publicly traded equity of the SPAC.
