Aclaris’ pipeline includes bosakitug, also known as ATI-045, an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody designed to inhibit thymic stromal lymphopoietin, or TSLP. TSLP is an upstream immune mediator involved in allergic and inflammatory responses, making it relevant to respiratory and airway diseases such as severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.
