Its lead product is Jeuveau, a purified botulinum toxin type A formulation used to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines, commonly known as frown lines, in adults. Jeuveau competes in the neuromodulator market, where physicians and aesthetic practitioners use injectable toxins to relax targeted facial muscles and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Outside the United States, the same product is marketed in certain regions under local branding, including Nuceiva.

Evolus is also expanding into injectable dermal fillers through Evolysse, a family of hyaluronic acid gels designed for common facial aesthetic applications such as mid-face volume, nasolabial folds, lips, and the eye area. Hyaluronic acid fillers are used to restore volume, shape facial contours, and smooth lines, making them a complementary category to neurotoxins in aesthetic clinics.

The company operates commercially across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Its strategy centers on building a focused aesthetics portfolio, supporting providers with brand marketing and practice-oriented tools, and competing in large, recurring treatment categories within non-surgical facial aesthetics.
