Elicio Therapeutics (ELTX)

Elicio’s platform is based on its proprietary Amphiphile, or AMP, technology. The approach is intended to direct immunotherapy payloads to lymph nodes, where key immune responses are initiated. The company’s lead programme is ELI-002, including ELI-002 7P, a lymph node-targeted cancer immunotherapy aimed at multiple KRAS mutations. It is being evaluated in a Phase 2 study in patients with mutant KRAS pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, a common and highly aggressive form of pancreatic cancer. The broader development strategy also includes other mKRAS-positive cancers where recurrence risk and limited treatment options create significant medical need.
