Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. operates a premium health, fitness, and wellness platform built around large athletic country clubs in the United States and Canada. The company designs, develops, and manages multi-use destinations that combine exercise facilities, sports programming, recovery services, family recreation, work and social spaces, and spa-style amenities. Its clubs are typically located in affluent suburban and urban markets where members use the facilities as part gym, part recreation centre, and part lifestyle venue.
The Life Time model is broader than a conventional fitness club. Locations may include fitness floors, group training studios, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, cafés, children’s programming, personal training, and wellness services.
