Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (EUR) (EURSAFO)

The fund targets stable euro-denominated returns above the €STR overnight benchmark. It does this through fully collateralised total return swaps arranged with leading banking counterparties, with BNP Paribas among the initial counterparties. The structure is intended to combine the familiarity of a regulated European fund with the operational benefits of tokenisation, including digital record-keeping and improved access across supported networks.

Unlike a conventional cryptocurrency, eurSAFO represents an interest in a regulated fund rather than a native blockchain protocol. Its shareholder register is maintained on multiple public blockchains, including Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Starknet, Base, Etherlink, and Stellar. This multi-chain approach allows the fund to integrate with different digital-asset environments while retaining the legal and administrative framework of a traditional fund.

SAFO also uses established financial-market service providers. CACEIS, part of Crédit Agricole group, acts as depositary bank, PwC serves as auditor, and Chainlink supplies on-chain net asset value oracle feeds. The fund is supervised by the French AMF, placing eurSAFO within a regulated European asset-management context rather than the speculative token category.
