GRX Chain (GRX)

Within the network, GRX serves several core functions. Users pay transaction fees in GRX, while validators and delegators use the coin in staking to help secure block production and network operations. The asset also carries governance utility, allowing participants to take part in decisions that affect protocol development and ecosystem parameters. GRX has a stated maximum supply of 10 million coins, and the project incorporates a burn mechanism under which part of selected fees is removed from circulation until a specified threshold is met.

The ecosystem also includes Wrapped GRX, or WGRX, which provides an ERC-20-style representation of the coin for integrations with decentralised exchanges and smart-contract applications. GRXswap is one example of a venue where this wrapped form can support liquidity and trading. GroveX functions as an important access point for users entering the wider ecosystem, although GRX Chain and the GroveX exchange are operated by separate legal entities. This combination of exchange access, EVM compatibility, staking, governance, and a capped-supply model defines GRX’s role within its blockchain economy.
