Bolt Biotherapeutics (BOLT)

Its lead clinical focus is BDC-4182, an ISAC candidate directed at claudin 18.2, a target associated with certain gastrointestinal and other solid tumors. Bolt’s broader pipeline includes a CEA-directed Boltbody ISAC program targeting carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5, a tumor-associated antigen found in several epithelial cancers. The company is also developing a PD-L1 ISAC that uses a human anti-PD-L1 antibody connected to a next-generation TLR7/8 agonist through a non-cleavable linker.
