MORPHO (buy)

Buy MORPHO spot for a breakout attempt. Catalysts: new DeFi integrations (RAILGUN, Zyfai) plus Uniswap Earn using Morpho vaults, and a big exchange outflow that supports demand. Setup: reclaim/hold $2.00–$2.03, then push through the $2.11 daily Keltner resistance; next targets $2.20 then $2.30.

Key Risk: A daily close back below $2.00 (buyers fail at $2.11 and the breakout reverses).

Uniswap (sell)

Sell UNISWAP/UNI into strength. Second-order: if Uniswap Earn’s Morpho vaults pull meaningful yield flows, users rotate from other Uniswap lending/earn opportunities into Morpho-specific vaults, pressuring UNI’s near-term fee/yield narrative versus direct Morpho exposure. Use UNI as the “beneficiary of the integration” trade that fades once the flow is captured by Morpho.

Key Risk: UNI’s broader ecosystem inflows/fees accelerate enough to offset Morpho-specific vault rotation (UNI keeps outperforming despite the Morpho focus).

  • MORPHO has gained more than 4% in 24 hours and reclaimed $2.
  • RAILGUN and Zyfai have added access to Morpho lending markets.
  • A break above $2.11 could put $2.20 and $2.30 in focus.

Morpho price has risen more than 4% over the past 24 hours to around $2.04, extending its seven-day gain to roughly 5% as new DeFi integrations and a record exchange outflow have supported the latest move.

CoinGecko data showed MORPHO advancing from around $1.96 to above $2.04 during the latest 24-hour period, with buying picking up after the token reclaimed the $2 level.

The move has left MORPHO up about 5% over seven days and nearly 6% over the past two weeks.

Part of the latest demand has come as Morpho gains additional routes into other DeFi applications.

Privacy-focused DeFi protocol RAILGUN has integrated Morpho, allowing users to access its lending infrastructure from RAILGUN's private DeFi environment.

Automated yield platform Zyfai has also added access to Morpho pools through its agent-based infrastructure.

Zyfai's agents allocate capital across supported DeFi pools according to the protocols and risk parameters selected by users.

Morpho sits alongside Aave, Compound and Fluid among the lending protocols available through Zyfai.

Users can also limit which pools the agents can access, including choosing Morpho-specific exposure.

The integrations follow another distribution deal from July 31, when Uniswap launched its Earn product using Morpho infrastructure.

The product gives users access to three Morpho vaults curated by Gauntlet directly through the Uniswap app.

USDC, USDT, and ETH can be deposited into the vaults, while users retain custody and can withdraw without a lockup period.

Demand has also been accompanied by a sharp reduction in MORPHO held on exchanges.

Santiment reported on Aug. 13 that 5.59 million MORPHO left exchanges in one day, the largest daily exchange outflow recorded since the token became transferable and began spot trading in November 2024.

The latest withdrawal exceeded the previous record of about 4.35 million MORPHO set in July around the token's Korean won listing on Upbit.

MORPHO traded near $1.94 when Santiment recorded the Aug. 13 outflow, and the price initially showed little reaction before climbing above $2 in the following days.

Exchange withdrawals reduce the number of tokens immediately available for trading, although moving tokens away from trading platforms does not establish whether holders intend to keep them off exchanges for an extended period.

Outside decentralised applications, Morpho lending opportunities have also been connected with products including Coinbase Earn and Robinhood Earn, while its markets operate across several blockchain networks.

Institutional funding has accompanied that expansion. Morpho raised $175 million in June as its lending infrastructure continued to support markets ranging from stablecoins to tokenized real-world assets.

MORPHO price needs to clear $2.11 to extend its rally

MORPHO's daily chart shows price trading around $2.04 after moving back above the Keltner Channel midline near $1.96.

The upper channel sits around $2.11, making that level the next technical barrier if buyers maintain control.

A daily close above $2.11 would put MORPHO beyond the upper Keltner boundary and could open a retest of the July trading area around $2.20.

If momentum carries through that zone, the July highs around $2.30 become the next potential target.

On-balance volume provides additional support for the latest recovery. Daily OBV has climbed to about 174.12 million and has continued rising during the recent price advance, showing that cumulative buying volume has moved higher rather than weakening as MORPHO approaches resistance.

The 4-hour chart also shows improving short-term momentum.

MORPHO is trading above the session VWAP near $2.027, while the surrounding VWAP bands sit at roughly $2.015 and $2.038.

Holding above the $2.02–$2.03 area would keep the latest breakout structure intact.

At the same time, the 4-hour Awesome Oscillator has moved further into positive territory at about 0.0447, with its latest green histogram bars expanding.

The reading shows bullish momentum has accelerated during the move above $2.

For MORPHO to turn the current advance into a stronger uptrend, price would first need to hold above the $2.00–$2.03 area and break the daily Keltner resistance near $2.11.

A sustained move through that level would bring $2.20 into focus, followed by the previous July highs around $2.30.

Failure to hold the $2 area would instead put the daily Keltner midline near $1.96 back in play.

Below it, the lower Keltner boundary around $1.82 would become the next major technical support visible on the daily chart.
