CBRE Group, Inc. is a global commercial real estate services and investment firm that works with property owners, corporate occupiers, investors, lenders, and public-sector clients. The company’s platform covers much of the real estate life cycle, from leasing and facilities management to property sales, valuation, project management, development services, and capital markets advisory.
CBRE is best known as one of the largest brokers and service providers in commercial property, with deep exposure to office, industrial and logistics, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and alternative real estate sectors. For occupiers, it helps manage workplace portfolios, negotiate leases, run facilities, and deliver construction or fit-out projects. For investors and landlords, it advises on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, asset strategy, and tenant relationships.
The business also includes an investment management arm, which manages public and private real estate strategies for institutional and other clients. The source description notes that this unit managed more than $155 billion at year-end 2025, giving CBRE a meaningful presence not only as an adviser to real estate owners but also as a fiduciary manager of property-related capital.
